JP (Fort Worth, US) I never miss a Framar black Friday, decided to get the trolley. Tray top came dented, came to the chat and they gave me an email. Emailed on Dec 9th, by the 11th they said they would send a new tray top out. That was the last I heard, I followed up on the 15th asking if it was sent out and haver heard anything back.
