Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

The Kenra x Framar Ultimate Colorist Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open to licensed cosmetologists who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and at least 18 years old or the age of majority in his/her state of residence (19+ in AL/NE; 21+ in MS), whichever is older, at the time of entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Employees of Henkel Corporation, acting through its Kenra Professional division, and Framar International ("Framar") (collectively, "Sponsors"), and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, vendors, contractors, and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence, and any person living in such a person's household, whether related or not) of each of the foregoing, as well as the employees of any company affiliated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), are not eligible to participate or win.

Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners, including requesting proof of a valid, current cosmetology license.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET and ends on October 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsors' computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter

Entry into the Sweepstakes requires an Instagram account set to public and access to the internet. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period you must:

  1. follow (if not following already) both the @kenraprofessional and @framar accounts on Instagram;
  2. like the Sweepstakes post (the "Sweepstakes Post"); and
  3. in a comment on the Sweepstakes Post, tag the Instagram accounts of three (3) professional beauty friends.

Upon completion of the above steps, you ("Entrant") will receive one (1) entry ("Entry") into the Sweepstakes.

4. Additional Entries and Entry Conditions

For each additional comment left on the Sweepstakes Post that tags the Instagram accounts of three (3) professional beauty friends, Entrant will receive one (1) additional Entry. Each comment that includes unique tags constitutes a separate and distinct Entry. However, Entrants may not tag the same account(s) more than once, or that will be considered a duplicate Entry. When there are duplicate Entries, only the first Entry will be submitted; all duplicates will be disqualified. Entrants should not tag the Sweepstakes Post itself; tagging should occur only in the comments below the Sweepstakes Post. There is no limit to the number of Entries that may be submitted per Entrant.

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that Sponsors may contact Entrant via Instagram direct message, email, and/or name or tag Entrant on their respective social media pages. Normal internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply.

Automated or bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties, will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the Entrant. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple and/or different identities or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries, and Entrant may be disqualified at Sponsors' discretion. Entrant must complete all required information to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely Entries are void and will be disqualified. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Instagram account.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address registered to the Instagram account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to Sponsors or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address or Instagram handle will be disqualified.

5. Content Submissions

Entries, comments, and any content submitted or uploaded to any social media site or other public site in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, "Content Submissions") may not contain, depict or show any content that:

  1. is sexually explicit or suggestive, offensive, lewd, profane, or obscene;
  2. promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message;
  3. defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsors or other companies;
  4. contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, last names (first names are permitted), email addresses or street addresses, for any person other than Entrant, or otherwise infringes on the privacy of any person other than Entrant;
  5. communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive image and goodwill of Sponsors' brands; and/or
  6. violates any law.

Any Content Submissions that contain such content will be disqualified. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and unfettered discretion, to disqualify any Content Submission that they believe is inappropriate, that does not comply with these Official Rules, or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Sweepstakes.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted within fourteen (14) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period (on or before October 30, 2026) by Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from the official @framar or @kenraprofessional account only, within approximately seven (7) business days of the drawing. Sponsors will never ask for payment, banking details, or passwords. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification to claim the prize.

If the potential winner does not respond in time, if the notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of a valid cosmetology license and to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) BÉIS Weekender Bag
  • Twenty-four (24) Kenra Color Demi-Permanent Liquid Colors
  • Kenra Color developers, activators, and lightener
  • Framar Pop-Up Foils in Hallows Eve and Black & White Dots
  • An assortment of Framar black brushes, clips, and color tools
  • Kenra Color capes and accessories

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $551.99 USD. Actual value may vary.

No cash alternative or prize substitution is allowed, except that Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at their sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. If the prize is not claimed within the time periods specified, it will be forfeited, and Sponsors reserve the right to award it to an alternate winner or not award it.

Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize and for any other costs associated with acceptance and use of the prize. The winner may be required to provide tax identification information and may receive an IRS Form 1099.

9. General Conditions

By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified, or for any computer-related, online, telephonic, or technical malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions that may limit one's ability to enter.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsors' control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

10. Instagram Release

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, Entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability associated with this Sweepstakes. Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for Sponsors to use the winner's name, Instagram handle, photograph, likeness, voice, city and state, prize information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsors, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Winner's Name

For the name of the winner, available after November 16, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Framar, Attn: Kenra x Framar Giveaway Winner, 7873 Blackburn Parkway, Niagara Falls, ON L2H 0A6, Canada. Requests must be received by December 16, 2026.
